The SSSpider™ End-User License Agreement
You may review the End-User License Agreement at any time by selecting
"Start", "Programs", then "Subject Search Spider License Agreement"
from the Windows "Tasks" panel. Please, read
it carefully to avoid possible misunderstanding in the future. Be aware
that once you have clicked the "I agree" button, you are consenting
to be bound by this agreement. SSSpider will not install until you accept
this agreement, so you must press the "I agree" button to start
working with the application.
The Agreement consists of 3 parts:
- Part I applies if you have not purchased SSSpider yet. In this case, the SSSpider
functionality has some limitations, and the product should be used for
evaluation only. As it is mentioned in the License
Agreement, this evaluation period is limited to 30 (thirty) days.
- Part II applies if you have purchased a license for the software.
This takes effect when you install SSSpider Registered version;
this part is not limited in time. Unlike evaluation copies, the
registered version of the application is fully operational.
- Part III applies to all license grants. If you initially acquired a
copy of the Software without paying a license fee, you may
purchase a license
